One thing I definitely won't miss once I lose the weight is my snoring and sleep apnea. Since my husband's job involves driving a company truck all day long, I resigned myself to sleeping on our living room sofa eight years ago, so my snoring wouldn't wake him up. Yes, you read that right ... EIGHT YEARS AGO. When we slept in the same bed together, my snoring would keep him up at night, which in turn made him sleepy at work while he was driving. Just the thought of him having an accident on account of me was too much to bear and so I decided to sleep on the sofa instead. Hard to believe it's been eight years. *sigh* Like so many other things, my obesity has robbed me of snuggling in bed with my husband and waking up with him each morning, and I'm TIRED OF IT. I want my life ... and my bed ... back! That's just one of the many reasons I'm trying so hard to get this weight off.
